A seriously delicious and fun blend. Bright juicy red & black currant, blue plum, sappy cedar, fresh tobacco leaf and a hint of smoked sweet red pepper. Really sweet bright currant fruit with crunchy fresh acid and mouth filling fine dusty tannin with lingering cassis, cola nut and tobacco. 

Winemaking

Ever-changing blend from vintage to vintage the 2024 Delicious Red is a blend of Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Merlot and Cabernet. Each parcel of fruit is individually fermented with indigenous yeast and matured in French Oak for 18 months prior to blending.
