Tasting Notes

Unpretentious and delicious fitting in at either a sunny casual lunch or a serious dinner party. The wine draws you in with crisp nashi, starfruit, citrus, and moves into more complex aromas of honeysuckle, nuts, French oak, and wet slate. Initial sweetness & bright fruit is balanced by natural acidity leading to a surprisingly rich finish.

Winemaking

Ever-changing blend from vintage to vintage, the 2020 Delicious White is a bright blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Sauvignon Blanc. Each parcel of fruit is individually fermented with indigenous yeast and matured in both Stainless Steel and French Oak for 10 months prior to blending & bottling. Post bottling the wine undergoes further aging in the cellar prior to release.
